Many of our products are custom-cut glass panels made to customer-specified dimensions.

  • Custom-cut products are manufactured specifically for you and are non-returnable, except as outlined in our Return Policy.

  • Measurement errors are not eligible for return or refund.

Product images and descriptions are provided for reference only and may vary slightly based on screen settings or device type.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Tipp City Glass reserves the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Orders are not considered accepted until payment is received and the order is confirmed. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as cancellations or changes may not be possible after acceptance.

All purchases are subject to our Return Policy, available on our website.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices shown at checkout do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling unless expressly stated.

Payment information is processed securely by Shopify and its payment processors. We do not store full credit card or bank account numbers.

You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided and agree to pay all charges associated with your order.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss

Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.

Title and risk of loss pass to you once the product is delivered to the shipping carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds, replacements, and exceptions are governed exclusively by our Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
